(08:26) MARINA – Marina city officials have rejected a proposal to add restaurants to the Dunes Shopping Center. On Monday night, the city council voted 3-2 against the project, saying that the development would violate the city’s General Plan. A number of community members are still seeking to have restaurants added to the shopping center and have started to circulate a petition. The petition has received around 500 signatures so far.
