(07:43) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office has announced that it will soon begin open recruitment for the position of Deputy Sheriff Trainee. This recruitment will require that applicants have taken the POST Academy written test in advance and received a T-score of 46 or higher. Applicants who do not already have a T-score can sign-up online with Evergreen Academy. Open recruitment begins November 2. The recruitment will be open and continuous.
