(8:26) SANTA CRUZ- The Water Supply Advisory Committee appointed by the Santa Cruz City Council has reached a consensus. At an October 2nd meeting committee members signed an Agreements and Recommendations portfolio that seeks to insure the future of the city’s water supply. The portfolio is comprised of agreed upon strategies, including conservation, and aquifer storage banking of winter water surpluses.
