(07:54) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A truck driver involved in a fatal accident on Highway 17 has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. In July 2014, 24-year-old Ravinderpal Singh lost control of his truck and collided with several vehicles. 25-year-old Daniel McGuire of Santa Cruz died in the crash. Singh faces up to a year in jail when he is sentenced on December 11. (S.G.)
