(19:05) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz County Health Department officials have confirmed two cases of Shigella. The department says the two cases are part of five confirmed cases linked to a Santa Clara county outbreak affecting over 100 people that dined at Maricos San Juan restaurant #3 in San Jose. Symptoms of the infection include abdominal cramping with pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and tenemus. The cause of the outbreak is under investigation.
