(08:02) LAS LOMAS – A man was arrested Las Lomas Wednesday morning on suspicion of child endangerment and gun possession. Following an investigation, Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies served a search warrant at a home on Elkhorn Road. Ten children were found living on the property in unihabitable conditions. Deputies also recovered over 15 firearms and ammunition. 49-year-old Victor Robert Lozano was arrested at the scene and booked into county jail. The children were taken into protective custody. The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office may file charges against eight other adults who were found living at the residence. (S.G.)
