(07:00) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A conservation organization is kicking off a trail project on the Cotoni-Coast Dairies property in Santa Cruz County on Saturday. The California Conservation Corps is a group made up of young military veterans who will be partnering with the Bureau of Land Management to engage and educate young people about the natural resources of the area. The conservation corps will be joined by Youth Eco-Stewards Interns from the Bay Youth for the Environment program and local volunteers. The partnership has been made possible by a $50,000 grant from PG&E. (S.G.)
