(07:52) CAPITOLA – Capitola officials will be holding three meetings this fall focusing on the city’s Zoning Code Update. The city council plans to discuss a range of topics, including parking, accessory dwellings, and protecting residential neighborhoods. The first meeting will be held on Monday, October 19, at 6 p.m. The council will meet again October 26 and November 19. All three meetings will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers on Capitola Avenue. (S.G.)
