(11:20) MOSS LANDING- A Sunday morning explosion at the Moss Landing power plant may be responsible for Monterey Peninsula power outages. P G & E Officials say that 55,000 customers lost power at about 7 a.m. shortly after reports of an explosion at the power generating facility, owned and operated by Duke Energy. At this time crews are working to find the source of the outage and restore service.
