(10:39) MONTEREY- The FBI has joined the investigation of a Monterey payroll company. Authorities began investigating Pinnacle Business Services after recent complaints the company hadn’t processed employee checks or withheld tax deductions. The business then ceased all operations and closed its office. At this time it is believed that as many as 1,200 clients across 45 states may be affected.
