(17:25) SANTA CRUZ-Santa Cruz Police are asking the public’s help in identifying a Peeping Tom. Authorities say that on September 28th, a woman observed a man peering into her bedroom window as she changed clothes at her Peach Terrace residence. The suspect is described as of mixed race, 6 feet tall, 20-28 years old, with very short black hair and a lean build. Santa Cruz Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact investigators, the public is also reminded to lock all doors and windows.
