(07:02) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz Public Libraries has launched a new tutoring program focusing on reading comprehension. The READ Program serves students grades 2-12 with 30 minutes of individual instruction from a California credentialed teacher. Tutoring will be offered at the Downtown Santa Cruz Library from 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays and at the La Selva Beach Library from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesdays. The program will be offered through May 25, 2016.
