(20:32) SALINASA Salinas community has recently received new LED streetlights. The Acosta Plaza area is now benefiting from the new brighter more energy efficient lights due to a 100,000 dollar investment by the California Endowment. The lighting upgrade is expect to save 8 to 10 thousand dollars in energy costs and to reduce crime in the community.
