(08:09) CAPITOLA – A man was arrested in Capitola Wednesday night on suspicion of possessing drugs and stolen property. Deputies were dispatched to the Safeway parking lot on 41st Avenue following a report of a suspicious individual. 40-year-old Perry Greer was found in possession of a stolen bicycle . Greer led deputies on a foot pursuit through the parking lot and across Soquel Drive. He was apprehended shortly after. Greer was also found in possession of crystal methamphetamine and had an outstanding felony warrant. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
