(09:16) SANTA CRUZ – The public is invited to attend a forum Thursday that will address parking management in Santa Cruz. The joint session will be hosted by the city’s Planning Commission and Downtown Commission. The forum will discuss proven and theoretical solutions to parking issues and will seek ways to aid future decisions on city-wide parking standards and management techniques. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Police Department Community Room on Center Street. (S.G.)
