(06:51) PEBBLE BEACH – A Marina man was arrested in Pebble Beach on Friday on suspicion of drug possession and being under the influence of methamphetamine. 44-year-old Michael Shawn Sobel was reportedly found howling at the moon in a turnout on Los Altos Drive around 10:30 p.m. Deputies contacted Sobel and determined he was on felony probation and in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
