(20:55) MARINA- The C-H-P has released the names of the drivers involved in a fatal car crash in Marina yesterday (Thursday). Authorities say that 50 year old Robert Bryant crossed the double yellow lines on Reservation Road and struck a trailer being towed by 23 year old Edwin Pened. Bryant was declared dead at the scene. Excessive speed and wet conditions are believed to have played a role in the accident.
