It’s “Ocean Day” today, and this week is also “Ocean Week”. In honor of both of those, the Ocean Film Festival is opening at the Rio Theater in Santa Cruz tonight. The event starts at 7 p.m. this evening, and the films will also be available virtually between today and June 21st.
