an arraignment hearing was held yesterday for 1 of the 11 people charged in connection with the takeover of a vacant bank building on river street in november. becky johnson pleaded not guilty at the hearing yesterday, and she was released on her own recognizance. johnson is due in court for a preliminary hearing on march 2nd. another defendant named in the complaint was served with an arrest warrant on wednesday. 64 year old robert norse was released on his own recognizance, after being served with a warrant charging him with trespassing, felony conspiracy and vandalism
