The suspect involved in an officer-involved shooting in Salinas last night was hospitalized in critical condition. It began when officers responded after a vehicle crashed into a Salinas home and a fire began in the area of laurel heights park. As per usual, the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office will be investigating this officer-involved shooting.
