(06:54) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a man in connection with a recent assault in Soquel. The attack occurred earlier this month outside the Taco Bell on 41st Avenue. The assailant was identified as 28-year-old Martin Rodriguez Rosel. Rosel was recently located on Bay Street in Santa Cruz. He was apprehended after leading law enforcement officers on a brief pursuit. (S.G.)
