(12:51) WATSONVILLE- A Watsonville teenager reported missing on Friday has been found safe. 14 year old Victoria “Tori” Brandenburg had been reported missing in the Seascape area of Aptos. The girl was located on Sunday walking with a friend on the 200 block of Bowker Road in Watsonville.
