(18:49) SANTA CRUZ- The first medical marijuana dispensary in Santa Cruz has closed. Greenway Compassionate Relief Incorporated closed the doors of its Dubois Street store on Wednesday after being evicted for late rent and sublease violations. Under Santa Cruz regulations dispensary permits are issued to the property owner to satisfy zoning requirements that prohibit the businesses next to schools and residential areas. The permit will expire for the current location in six months.
