(06:28) SANTA CRUZ – A ramp paving project is expected to cause traffic delays near Santa Cruz next week. Beginning Monday, crews will be working on the Ocean Street on-ramp to northbound Highway 17 as well as the southbound Highway 1 to northbound Highway 17 on-ramp. Detours and lane closures will be in place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes. The project is expected to be completed by Thursday. (S.G.)
