(06:57) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Salinas man has been sentenced for vehicle theft and evading a police officer. 42-year-old Jeffrey McCormick was caught driving stolen cars on three separate occasions in December 2014, and in January and February of this year. In September, McCormick pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicle theft. McCormick has been sentenced to five years in prison. (S.G.)
