(11:41) FELTON – CHP officials are investigating a fatal crash in Felton Thursday morning. Officers were dispatched around 8:30 a.m. after a public works crew found a vehicle down an embankment off Zayante Road. At least one person has been confirmed dead. The roadway has been closed off while officers investigate. (S.G.)
