(09:50) Salinas – Salinas Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying a woman caught shoplifting. The incident took place on September 13th, at Ulta at the Northridge Mall. The woman fled on foot when employees tried to detain her. A picture of the woman is up on the Salinas Police Department’s website.
