(10:25) Scotts Valley – A man was arrested after a stolen vehicle was located. The vehicle was found At 11:40 last night on the 4600 block of Scotts valley Drive. As police processed the vehicle for evidence they were approached by 19 year-old Fabian Rodriguez. A K-9 was deployed and Rodriguez surrendered. Police found the keys to the vehicle in Rodriguez’s possession and he was taken into custody.
