(10:50) Castroville – A man was arrested after he led police on a high speed chase and crashed his car. Yesterday At around 5:18 p-m police tried to pull over 18 year-old Miguel Farias for driving recklessly. Farias led police on a high speed chase through Castroville sideswiping several cars and hitting a fire hydrant. The chase ended when Farias crashed into a pickup truck on Merritt Street. He was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
