(08:34) SANTA CRUZ – A Santa Cruz County organization is holding a community meeting Tuesday night to discuss the Rail Trail. The event will offer the public the opportunity to learn about what the Santa Cruz Regional Transportation Commission has planned for the rail corridor. Participants will also learn about the possible impacts the project will have on neighborhoods, traffic congestion, and future land use policy. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Garfield Park Community Church in Santa Cruz. (S.G.)
