(18:49) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police arrested a suspected drug dealer on Monday. The incident took place near Center and Lincoln Street at about 7:40 p.m. when officers saw an individual smoking heroin. A search of 60 year old Bradley Ray Kellman uncovered 11 baggies containing methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin. A crossbow pistol was also seized. Kellman was booked into county jail.
