(06:14) SALINAS – A man was fatally shot in Salinas Sunday night. The shooting occurred on the 700 block of Elton Place around 9 p.m. Officials say 21-year-old Juan Diego Morales Quiroz was shot multiple times while walking his dog. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is under investigation. The shooting marks the city’s 35th homicide. (S.G.)
