(15:50) SALINAS- Salinas Police are investigating a shooting on the 300 block of Cross Avenue Thursday. Authorities say the incident took place shortly before 9:30 p.m. when a latino male walked up to two men outside a residence and opened fire. A 19 year old victim sustained non life threatening injuries. A 20 year old intended victim escaped injury. The shooting is believed to be gang motivated.
