(16:06) SALINAS- A Salinas man convicted of 1st degree murder has been sentenced. 30 year old Luis Espinoza was found guilty of the September 2012 fatal shooting of Richard Pimentel, a rival gang member, who had just been in a fist fight with an associate of Espinoza.. The shooting was caputered on surveillance video. On Friday a judge ordered Espinosa to spend 50 years to life in prison.
