(07:49) SANTA CRUZ – A retaining wall repair project is expected to impact traffic in Santa Cruz. Beginning Monday, East Cliff Drive from 36th Avenue to 38th Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Work will not be conducted on weekends or holidays. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area if possible or be prepared for traffic detours. The project is expected to be completed by December 18. (S.G.)
