(06:52) SALINAS – A teenage boy was fatally shot in Salinas Sunday night. The incident took place shortly before 9 p.m. near Orchard and Sieber streets. The victim was riding his bicycle when he was reportedly approached by two individuals. They opened fire on the teenager before fleeing the scene. The boy was pronounced dead shortly after. The shooting marks the city’s 34th homicide this year. (S.G.)
