(07:09) CAPITOLA – Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating an assault that occurred in Soquel Sunday night. The attack reportedly took place around 6:30 p.m. outside the Taco Bell on 41st Avenue. The assailant has been described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s with short shaved hair. He fled the scene on a bicycle. The victim sustained a serious head injury in the assault. Anyone with information is to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. (S.G.)
