(08:29) SOQUEL – A woman was arrested in Soquel Wednesday night on suspicion of car theft, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies were patrolling the parking lot behind the Taco Bell on 41st Avenue when they spotted a car that had been reported stolen out of Watsonville. The vehicle was occupied by four people, including a child. The car’s driver, 36-year-old Loraine Anderson, was apprehended and booked into county jail. (S.G.)
