(06:35) SALINAS – Monterey County officials will be holding a forum Thursday to address homelessness in Salinas. Assemblymember Luis Alejo, Monterey County Supervisor Simon Salinas and city representatives will come together to discuss their short and long-term plans aiming to help those suffering from homelessness. The forum will include a discussion on how to help the homeless prepare for winter storms. The event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Salinas. (S.G.)
