(23:58) SOUTH BAY – A San Jose man died early yesterday morning, when he crashed the stolen car he was driving. The crash occurred while 21 year-old Daniel Avalos was leading law enforcement officers on a high speed chase from Redwood City (in San Mateo county) to Winchester Boulevard in San Jose. Avalos’ passenger suffered minor injuries in the accident. The vehicle was found to have been stolen out of Los Banos. 2 officers suffered minor injuries during the chase, when their vehicle struck a curb and a sign.
