(06:30) SANTA CRUZ – Two people were arrested in Santa Cruz Wednesday afternoon on drug charges. Deputies were dispatched to the Moran Beach parking lot following a report of suspicious activity. On scene, deputies contacted 27-year-old Eric Lane and 24-year-old Brianna Lucas. Both were found under the influence and in possession of heroin. They were apprehended and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
