(19:29) FELTON- The California Highway Patrol has released the identity of a motorcyclist killed near Felton on Monday. A CHP spokesperson says that 53 year Paul Kiezel, of Boulder Creek crossed the double yellow lines on East Zayante Road near Quail Hollow to pass a stopped vehicle. Kiezel collided with a car being driven by a 51 year old Felton woman. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
