(16:29) WATSONVILLE- November is National Adoption Month and Friday will be Santa Cruz County’s 6th annual adoption day. The event will take place at the Superior Court in Watsonville, where a judge is coordinating with the County of Santa Cruz Human Services Department to finalize the adoption proceedings of 21 children in foster care.
