An 18-year-old woman pleaded not guilty on thursday to assault and other charges. bailey agnello is facing felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism, and a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to a police officer. she is accused of slashing a 15-year-old girl in the face with a box-cutter. The incident occurred early Saturday morning, near santa clara and center avenues in the aptos area of santa cruz county. A 17-year-old girl is facing similar charges in connection with the assault. The victim was treated at a local hospital following the attack. Agnello is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on march 26th.
