North Monterey High School was locked down then evacuated for the second day in a row, after emails threatening the shooting of students were received by faculty members. Yesterday, then again today, the decision was made to lock down then, as a safety precaution, to evacuated the campus, while authorities searched the school grounds for weapons and explosives. The incident remains under investigation.
