A 27 year-old Norteno Street Gang Member has been sentenced to spend 2 years in prison. Since Joshua Soto is already serving prison time (in connection with a separate felony conviction) he will be allowed to serve the new sentence concurrently. Soto was found guilty, this time, of being the getaway driver for 2 female escorts….who stole cash from their clients. When the victims tried to recover their money, Soto threatened the victims with a loaded gun.
