A man accused of being the NorCal Rapist has been fount guilty on all 46 of the charges against him. 60 year-old Roy Waller was found guilty of attacking, and sexually assaulting, 9 women in 6 Northern California counties, over the span of 15 years. He is scheduled to be sentenced December 18th.
