A proposed housing project, at 440 Kings Village Drive near Skypark, in Scotts Valley will not be moving forward. That’s because Scotts Valley City Council members voted against the zoning changes that would have been approved so that 84 new homes could be built on the toxic industrial site (where Aviza Technology Incorporated used to manufacture products for the global semi-conductor industry).
