The deadline, to begin enforcement of a 2016 statewide ban, is coming up. The approval of the proposition (that allowed the sale of cannabis for recreational use) included restrictions on where billboards advertising it could be placed….and they can’t be on interstate, or state highways, that cross state borders. Companies have until March 1st to remove their billboards from such highways.
