IF YOU SAW A BUNCH OF POLICE ACTIVITY IN CAPITOLA THIS AFTERNOON, EVERYTHING’S OK. WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY THOUGHT TO BE A BANK ROBBERY TURNED OUT TO BE NOTHING. A SILENT ALARM WAS TRIPPED JUST BEFORE 4 P.M. AT THE BANK OF AMERICA BRANCH, THAT IS LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF 41ST AVENUE AND CAPITOLA ROAD, BUT WHEN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ARRIVED THEY DISCOVERED THAT NO ROBBERY HAD OCCURRED.
